Marketing and Sales Manager

Position Overview
 

This is a dynamic role combining both sales and marketing responsibilities. You’ll be the engine driving business growth generating leads, converting them into clients, and building long-term relationships all while shaping and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Compensation:

  • Option 1: 100% Commission-Based + Monthly Facilitation Fee

  • Option 2: Base Salary + No Commission + bonus based on sales targets and KPIs

    The final package will be discussed and agreed upon based on experience and performance.
     

Education & Skills

Education Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales Strategy, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of construction-related marketing is an advantage.

Core Skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with clear, persuasive communication.

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to craft compelling pitches and close deals.

  • Comfortable engaging with corporate clients, developers, and B2B partners.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Soft Skills

  • Confident communicator – able to present ideas clearly and handle objections tactfully.

  • Self-driven with a high level of initiative and resilience in the field.

  • Organized and goal-oriented, capable of managing multiple leads and tasks.

  • Persuasive and charismatic, with strong people skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Creative problem solver – able to adapt strategies based on client needs and market trends.

  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Comfortable using basic technology (e.g., CRM systems, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business).
     

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction services and machinery rental.

  • Engage with prospective clients through direct outreach, referrals, and fieldwork.

  • Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals in alignment with revenue targets.

  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and provide regular sales performance updates.

Marketing Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies (both digital and offline) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

  • Work closely with the team to create promotional materials, social media content, and campaign ideas.

  • Organize and represent the company at trade shows, expos, and local events.

  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer preferences, and emerging trends.

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
     

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferably in construction, real estate, or machinery.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and lead generation tactics.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with construction services or machinery hiring is a strong advantage.

  • Own transport is highly desirable due to field responsibilities.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to meet the needs of our clients. To help grow our business, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team.

Position: Commission-Based Salesperson

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based + Monthly Facilitation Fee
 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for construction services, concrete brick and paver laying, and machinery hiring.

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients.

  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase services and capabilities.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Familiarity with construction processes and machinery is a plus.

  • Own transportation is an advantage.
